What we do to your commercial vehicle's tyres
- Repair tyres on site — nail and sidewall damage, hot and cold vulcanisation, mushroom plug, patch and combination repair on tubed and tubeless tyres
- Change a complete wheel — swap a ready-mounted wheel quickly, so the transit run over the Brenner continues without a long stop
- Fit and remove the casing — mounting and demounting on the rim, common sizes 315/70 R22.5, 315/80 R22.5, 385/65 R22.5
- Straighten or replace the rim — with a crack or a knock, your spare or a new rim, plus repair of steel rims
- Fit a spare or loan wheel and emergency fitting on the route, so you can get across the border
- Drive-axle twin tyres — demount, mount, reposition and rotate
- Balancing, tyre pressure and valves — balance commercial-vehicle wheels, correct pressure (including nitrogen), replace valves and inserts
- Free off seized wheel nuts, remove faulty wheel locks and torque them back up
- Winter tyres and snow chains — check M+S and tread depth, change tyres for the winter requirement (1 November to 15 April), fit chains before the drive over the Brenner or Arlberg
- Source and deliver tyres — new and used, rare sizes; for trailers, semi-trailers, buses, tanker, construction and special vehicles
